Google spreadsheet calculate the minuntes between 14:00-15:00 and then all other minutes between 15-21

In one cell i put a shift time, for example 1400-2100 and heres what I want to do

Iif the shift starts before 15:00, 13:00, i want it to print in one cell the number of minutes between 13:00-15:00, in this example 60 min. AND in another cell print the number of minutes between 15:00-21:00.

Is this possible to do?
