My wife has reset her phone to factory settings and the Google recovery didn't work for all apps, hence she has lost access to Facebook's 2FA mechanism. Unfortunately, she also lost the recovery codes for 2FA, and is currently not logged in to Facebook on any other device.
We have tried about every tutorial we found, managed to change her password, but all these efforts eventually end at this screen:
Without FB on her phone nor on any other device, what else can we do to get her logged in?
