What I'm trying to do is put together either an app (ideally) or a workable data base. I have attached pictures for a visual of what I'm asking. I have a fleet of reefer trailers that come to my shop to be maintenanced. My goal it to generate a repair order from an intake inspection report. 
Then once the repair is complete for the repair order to generate the repair information into a spreadsheet for easy viewing. I'd like for the information to also be generated into individual unit files a digital file so to speak. Ok but thats not all... is it possible to notify and send my tech the report when an intake report is completed. Then notify the head tech when the repair order is complete and submitted. Also send a daily report showing trailers ready, and trailers in the yard pending intake or repair. The pictures kinda have the flow I'm looking for laid out. I didn't post pictures of the spreadsheets I have but I ha e spreadsheets for item lines that would appear if boxes were checked I also ha e parts the fleet and individual sheets for each trailer (unit) So I'm not asking someone to walk me through all this I'm really wanting to know if Google sheets is capable of doing what I'm looking for and if not what suggestions anyone might have for me to accomplish my goal.
