Data input from Forms into date specific rows

I've created a Google form where I collect daily production data. Now we're closed on Monday.

So my employees are adding the date of the production and that will be reported in the sheet according to the date. I want it so that the dates are already pre-set in Sheets and the report to be added to the specific row that matches that date. Is that possible?
