I'm trying to create a sheet that will have data imported from Zen Planner through webhooks. The data will be for new students at a martial arts academy.
There are 5 of us that will be working in this sheet. I need a designation to know which of us has contacted the client.
We also need to contact the clients once a week for 12 weeks. I need a way for the sheet to update automatically when whenever we contact a client. So the date for the next weeks contact will be +7 days, and the sheet should filter accordingly so the people most in need of contact are at the top.
I have attached an example of the formulas I'm using so far. Does any one have an alternative suggestion? This doesn't seem to be the best way.
