How would I create a conditional format for any 2 dates in a row that fall between 30 days of each other for any employee based on the infraction type in column B, dates are in column A? Example if the 3 dates are 1/10/22, 1/23/22 & 2/2/22 it would highlight all 3 dates but not 30 days from today. Since this is for work I cannot post the sheet view.
How would I formulate this to stay highlighted in yellow?
