I managed to create the daily timeline chart (see below), using Google Sheet stacked column chart using count/sum function, for three customer support representatives who are providing on-demand customer service. It works out very well for our collective level of supply but I need to create another chart that is on an individual level, more like swimlanes, so that we can see the state of each customer support representative (Ready, Busy, or unavailable). I don't have a problem with creating one chart per customer support representative but I am unable to put all of them together in one chart, i.e all customer support representatives in Y-axis so that we can see all states ("colored bars") next to each other.
Any ideas on how to do this?
