Google Sheets if a cell is green, get value

I want to search column C18:C30 (all cells have dates in them) for cells with Green background. There may be 1, 2 or 3 but always 1. Then insert the date of the 1st one in C13, if 2 insert the 2nd in C14 and if 3 insert the 3rd in C15.
