How to reverse the y-axis in google sheets when the y-axis is time of day?

So I'm trying to make a Marey graph, and I have it mostly figured out, but I can't figure out how to get it so that 12 AM is followed by 1 AM and so on, currently it starts at 12 AM, then goes to 11 PM and so on down the graph. I found this answer for a workaround, but I don't know how to get it to work with times of day instead of raw numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Here's a picture of my data, and what the chart looks like. the times in column A are just there to make it so that the chart covers an entire day, but my problem was happening without it.
