Views on YouTube Playlist

I notice that in a week the count of all my playlists is the same.It is about 2 years that every week I count the increment of views on my playlists and it is never happened before (I do usually 30.000 views for week on playlists).
I don't think I get a shadow ban because I haven't any problems on views on videos.
Can someone explain how and why?
