Change cell colour in mastersheet if cell in secondary sheet contains any text

I'm new to this and trying to find a way to change the cell colour of a mastersheet in my schedules document on the basis of an individual schedule in a different sheet containing text (any text) in the corresponding cell.

In this example, if cell C5 from Layla's individual schedule contains text, it will be coloured in because of the conditional formatting:

But how do I make it so that having text in this cell also automatically colours in the correspondig cell in the mastersheet (which would also be cell C5 in the example below) without bringing in the text as well?
