I've set up a google form and need to generate a two-letter (ie; "AL"), non-repeating 'ID' for each response in the linked google sheet. What google sheets formula can I use so that as soon as a response is submitted, the two-letter ID is generated? These IDs are to be assigned to a limited set of submissions (submissions will be divided into sub-sets ), so ideally the two-letter IDs can 'restart' for each subset (form users are asked to specify which event their responses relate to, and the IDs need to be unique for the submissions within the subset pertaining to that event).
