I asked a question which its answers required to use Google Apps Script. At that time, I added my question and awarded the bounty to the answer that seemed alright although I couldn't tried it because Google Apps Script was down. Since, I regularly tried to connect but still get the same error.
Does Google plan to fix it?
To run a script over a google sheet: open your sheet, go to the toolstab, click the scripts editor
Still gives the next error since last April.

I am French, it means that the files can not open at that moment.
I can access my Google Sheets normally. Everything else seems to work except Tools > Script Editor. I rightly checked that I am the owner of the spreadsheet.
