Google Sheets Query - Timestamp [closed]

I will be adding a link to my google sheet at the end of the post. I need to query the data into separate sheets based on the month. I have spent many hours trying to figure this out, any help will be appreciated.

1. I'm getting responses from google form being input into 'Form Responses 1'
2. I created 'Sheet 1' to query all the data from 'Form Responses 1' and format it but I can't get rid of the timestamp
3. I need to query the data in Sheet 1 into separate sheets based on the date.
