I need some help and i pray you people can help me. I recently had my Facebook account hacked, and in order to get the hackers who took it over, gotten rid of and a security patch put in place, I was told that I would have to pay $200 for a google play card to be used as a security patch. I called this number that I supposed was Facebook customer support, and this is what I was told. I informed this person that i did not even have that much money on my card, and since it's issued by the government, I must wait until next month when my benefits are refilled. And he said that i must do an Overdraft on my card since it's an emergency. Then he said I must call him up as soon as i get the card, in order to give him the activation code so that he can punch it in, in order to recover my account, get my Ip Address out of these hacker's hands, and restore security to my Lap Top, because now he's told me that they have access to my IP address and can therefore see everything I do on my computer and so they are using my former account to do ask people for money and perform other illegal activities. So he said that i must buy this card, and call him as soon as i get the card, and recite to him the activation code. Furthermore, he told me that i must not tell anyone why i am purchasing the card, and that he sending me there as an agent. And then he told me that whatever i pay for the card will be restored back to mydebit card. And he wanted me to to it that day. But I told him that i am disabled, living in a senior building and that i have no way of getting to Walmart to buy the card. So, he said that I must do it as soon as is humanly possible in order to keep the hackers from performing more illegal activities using my card. And he was insistent about me doing it that day or the next day. So, i told him that i could not, but that I will do it as soon as possible. This cannot be right. Please help me with this. It seems like I am being scammed, which is why it seems like he's trying to rush me before i have time to figure out what is really going on. Has anyone else ever had something like this happen to them. I do not even care about the hacked account anymore because i have a new one. But this is what he told me i must do in order to stop the hackers from ripping off or causing trouble to anyone else.
