Can I create two Chrome profiles using the same gmail account with different alias emails? [closed]

Here's the scenario: I work for two related companies and I have an email for each. The company wants to change everyone to one overall email domain name and set up email aliases for the individual companies. This would all dump into one place. Even though I could set up folders for the individual companies, it would really help to have them in separate profiles with different color schemes so as not to accidentally send from the wrong email address. Also, the templates I use for each company are different. I would only need one of the profiles to sync and I would not even need bookmarks on the other. Thanks!
