I closed my yahoo email account and unfortunately now I need access to it because I'm trying to regain access to my old Twitter account which was associated with it. Twitter tells me that the ONLY way they'll send a password reset is to my old yahoo account.
Do you know how to get Yahoo to make my old address available again? I closed it in December 2020 so it's been over 8 months. When I send a test email to it, it comes back "address not found", so I know it's truly closed, but when I try to open a new account with that address, it tells me it's not available.
