My Instagram account was hacked and the phone number and email were changed. I tried to follow the steps described in this tutorial both on Android and iOS devices but in both cases «I can’t access this email or phone number» button does not exist on the screen where it should be (screenshot is attached). Please, let me know which steps I must perform to restore access to my account.
