How To Keep A Google Sheet In-Sync With Google Map?

I have a Google Sheet Where I keep a list of locations and Addresses.

Once a week I recreate the Goole Map by deleting the current layer and recreating it via file import. Using this method, I have to reset the icons, layer name etc.

Is there a way to either

1. Automatically read the data directly from the Sheet to keep the map updatedor
2. Import into an existing layer?
