How can I verify my Instagram account if the email and the phone number that appear is the one I not use anymore

I changed my Instagram account email and phone number and I open the email that said I changed my old phone number to my new phone number. But I suddenly tap to "If you didn't change your phone number, you can secure your account here." And now I can't log in to my Instagram account.
