The problem:
Facebook is always problematic for me but right now the problem is that when I click "create ad" it redirects me to my business's main facebook page with no error message or any details about what just happened.
If I click on "visit ad center" then the create and ad link located there I get a mostly blank modal that looks like
What I've tried:
I decided to create an "offer" with link and promo code and then afterwards tried to click "boost" which says that boost isn't available and that I need to contact facebook. I click the link that says "contact facebook" and get a page that says the page is unavailable. The url it directs me to, which it says is broken is https://www.facebook.com/AdsLWIDenyIfDisabledAdAccountRule.

How can I advertise on Facebook? Any insight what their problem could be?
Note: Their community help sort of works if I visit the mobile community site, but it won't let me ask questions. No errors are displayed. Asking questions simply doesn't work. Usually the desktop browser site redirects me back to my business facebook page (again), but at this precise moment it's showing me a list of questions people asked.
