I have an old yahoo.ca email account registered long ago with our landline phone number - my memory is that you used to be able to have them call the line with the confirmation code read to you, or maybe they asked security questions like my "favourite vacation spot".
Recently we have been locked out of the account, the old passwords do not work, and now we cannot reset the password as Yahoo wants to send a text to the landline rather than giving us the option to get a call.
Other than porting the landline number to a cell account, is there any other way of recovering this account? Is there a phone number to talk to Yahoo Canada anywhere?
