In Google Forms, how to store option text in Google Sheets instead of option?

In Google Forms if I have 4 options in a single select radio button question, e.g.

1. Been
2. Has
3. Had
4. Being

I would like to store the text, i.e. Been, Has etc. instead of the 1, 2, etc. in Google response sheets.
