How to randomly pick a cell out of a range and print its value in a different cell in Google Sheets?

I have made a range of cells. Each cell has a specific text in it. I want to first pick a column randomly and then pick 5 cells from that column randomly and print those 5 cells in another cell. Is there any way to do this in Google Sheets?
