A client of mine has a Gmail account using their personal domain (joe@domain.com). His MX records are set to:
0:aspmx.l.google.com.5:alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.5:alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.This was not set up as a GSuite account. My best guess is he created a google account using joe@domain.com and then had his MX records pointed at Gmail. I'm not 100% sure this is possible, just guessing.
The issue now is he'd like to add several other addresses. When I access admin.google.com when logged in as joe@domain.com, I get this message:
Can I convert this account to a Google Workspace account now? Does this fix my problem? If I can convert it, what happens to the previous emails?
