I'm usually pretty good at this so this is frustrating for me. I want to try to make this chart into a spreadsheet.

I want to be able to keep track of how many of each thing I need in total. I want to have level 1, level 2, etc. I just can't figure it out since you need to say 3x Item and I don't know how to say what the item is and put the quantity there while working like the table. Sorry I'm bad at wording things.
This is the spreadsheet I made and it sucks. I can't figure out a way to make it just like the table in the link.
