I have downloaded MS Teams Desktop app on my PC, which is currently Windows 10. App is working fine and I can attend my college meetings successfully. But the only thing which I can't resolve is that when I switch on my video, all I see (or another person in the meeting or call can see) is a black screen. In preview also, it is only showing a black screen. However, my camera app works fine on its own. Also, I can switch on my video successfully when I login in Teams via my browser (chrome or edge), i.e. I am visible to the other side and myself. I just don't know what to do. I have taken several measures but so far nothing worked out. I have uninstalled and installed Teams, checked and rechecked my camera access to Teams etc.I really need to enable my video in app when teacher asks me to. Also, I feel the web app is somewhat inconvenient for me. Please help, it would be much appreciated.
