I need to be able to embed certain data fields into Microsoft Forms. For example, if I send a survey to 100 individuals, I'd want to embed the recipient's name and company name in the survey, so that they don't re-key it in and so that it is spelled identically in my database of responses.
I know that this can be done with URL query strings in Qualtrics, Google Forms, etc. Is there any way to do it in Microsoft Forms?
