I use zoom for my online classes but there's some problem with the quality of video I see whenever the screen is being shared by my professor/any other person. I use zoom app for Windows 10. I checked my internet connection, it's 30Mbps up and down, and I connected my father's and mine laptop simultaneously and there were no issues in zoom app in my father's laptop. The stream there was crystal clear. So, I don't think it's a network issue. Everything was same in both the laptops: Latency, Jitter ,Screen resolution(720p),frame per seconds etc. But in my father's laptop it seemed 720p but not in my laptop(seemed 360p even though it showed 720p) Maximum resolution in both the laptops is 1366x768.I uploaded a video and saw it from both the laptops in YouTube in 720p.I couldn't spot any difference there. So I don't think my laptop is faulty. The issue is present in zoom only. I have already updated to the latest version of zoom. I think it's some laptop/zoom compatibility issue. I would be very thankful if someone could help me otherwise I'll have to buy a new system(which we can't right now)
