I have a Google Form that is going to be used by different employees to add stock received. Since there is usually more than 1 item being received, I needed to provide space for them to add multiple items. (Please note - most of these employees are not familiar with computers and therefore a form seemed the easiest way for them to fill in - other than doing everything on paper).

I would like it to be extracted to another sheet with the end result:
I saw a great formula that gets the different answers into single column, (How to convert multi-value answers into single column in Google Forms' response sheet?) but I am not advanced enough to figure out how to adapt it to my scenario of multiple answers into multiple single columns as needed in above picture.
