`copy to` in google-drive

Does google drive have a copy to, and how do I use it.

The copy to should do the same as:

• Copy the original.
• Move the copy to another directory/folder.
• Remove the copy of prefix from the file-name.

But

• In one operation: I was hoping for something that is use in the same way that move is.
• Works the same in directories/folders that I don't have write permission for.

If it does not exist, is it possible to write an app-script that can do it? (I could write this my-self, if it is possible to add scripts and buttons to google-drive.)
