Google Spreadsheet - show time remaining

I want to make a spreadsheet with

1. the name of a person,
2. the time (now),
3. the amount of time they have to complete a task, and
4. how long they have left of that time.

No other answer to "time remaining" seems to quite give me the answer I need!
