Does adding a new user to my g-suite (for business) give that user access to my Google drive, email, etc.?

I have g-suite with my business's domain. I am bringing on a contractor and want to give them an email address with my company's domain. I've gone through the steps of adding them as a user and assigning them their unique email address with my domain. Does this give them access to anything personal like Drive, Email, etc. or is their access only their personal drive, email etc.?
