Google has a function which allows you to recover your gmail account by submitting the account creation date. Someone guessed mine successfully, and was able to recover my account and use it for their own purposes. While I too can recover the account back, since they also know the recovery date, it makes it a back and forth of logging in and out unless I can fix this issue. There are several articles on account security, none of which work, as the account creation date bypasses all other security measures. Unless there is a way to deactivate this my account will be stuck in limbo between me and the hacker, or lost for good.
My question is whether or not it is possible for me to prevent the hacker to do this.
