How can I manually forward or redirect a single message in Gmail, keeping original sender?

I recently started a new job. Some of my contacts at the new job have my personal Gmail address and send me messages there. I'd really like these messages to end up in my job's Outlook (Office 365) inbox. Is there a way to forward or redirect the message from Gmail to Outlook so that it appears in Outlook, like the original sender sent it to the work (Outlook) address?

I know this is what's done automatically when I one sets up a forward rule, but I want to forward a specific message in this way. I'm surprised that this isn't a feature and that I couldn't find any way to do this (at least with some add-in) (maybe there is some way spammers exploit this?).
