My father has problems logging in to his yahoo mail account and I can't seem to solve the problem either. Here is what I do and what happens:
- I access the mail.yahoo.com address and type my dad's username of his e-mail account. I uncheck the stay signed in checkbox;
- I get the following message:
Open any Yahoo app.
Tap on the Account Key icon.
Get Account Key code and enter here.
- The Yahoo mail app on his phone shows nothing, because he is not logged in either.
- If I try the text or e-mail sign in, I get the Uh-oh... message.
If I try to login from the Yahoo mail app, I get the same behavior like in steps above, so it is not helping me.
I saw that Yahoo offers the 24/7 tech support. I'd pay the 5 dollars for a month to have the problem resolved, but I need to login to the troublesome account.
What can I do to solve the problem?
