I am using Google Backup and Sync tool and is synching videos to my Google account.
When I try to play videos (after processing) in Google Drive it does not play but the video which is also uploaded to Google Photos plays in Photos app. Is this normal that when videos uploaded at "High-Quality" options will only play in Google Photos?
