Is there a way to filter for a row that matches AND the row above it?

I have a spreadsheet of customer order data. I want to filter it so that only rows matching certain criteria "XYZ" and "ABC" are kept. However, when a row matches "ABC," I also want to keep the row above it. Is there a way to do this?
