Since a couple of days ago I am receiving this message on YouTube:
It doesn’t appear all the time, but when it happens, it only happens when I first load YouTube home page.
Clicking Learn more doesn’t help much either; it takes me to another localized page (non English) but it’s text pretty much only says Google received some legal message and doesn't give any details.
Googling for this message brings out a few articles from 2019 but I’m still not clear on what’s going on.
What is YouTube trying to tell me, and is it relevant to me in anyway?
