Linux, Chrome, Hardware acceleration is enabled, 4k 60fps video, CPU - amd fx8300 on 4Ghz utilized 80%, GPU - GTX1060 3gb utilizes ~35%, alot of stutters.If CPU frq is close to 4.4Ghz stutters disappears, but system is unstable. What I should to do?
