When I check my login activity on Gmail, it shows that an "Authorized Application" logs in everytime I use Gmail. Am I hacked?

So, at the bottom of the Gmail page, there's a login history button. I clicked on it, and everytime I login from Chrome, another "Authorized Application" also logs in to it. What is this, what should I do?
