LinkedIn had access to my gmail contacts.I am usually careful about these issues, but I guess it was me who, at some point, granted LinkedIn access to them by mistake.
That is already done. Now I have two questions:
Is there any way to tell LinkedIn to "forget" about the information it obtained from that event (all at once, not traversing contacts one by one)?Note that, if I established a LinkedIn connection after the transfer gmail -> LinkedIn, I want to keep it. But I want LinkedIn to forget about the rest of the info.Official LinkedIn information is not clear about this.
Is there any way to check if my permission included periodically accessing my gmail contacts? The tooltip shown when hovering the phone icon in the image below suggests to me that this is the case.If so, is there any way to revoke that permission?
