I changed phone service and installed a new sim card with no affect on my WhatsApp account. It never occurred to me to change the number. After a few months my phone crashed. Following a factory reset, having no access to my old number, how can i get that account back? Hoping there is a way.
Thank you to anyone who can help. Remember, I can't migrate to a new number as I don't have WA installed with the old number.
