I am creating a Google Form for respondents to use as a method of signing up for a course. I have a document, in word, that I would like to attach to the Google Form with the intention that respondents will download this form, have it signed by their administrator, then upload and attach it to the form once completed. I understand the process to have respondents attach a form. However, I don't know how to attach a document that users can download. Is this possible? Is there an easier way I haven't thought of? (Perhaps embedding a link to a shared google folder where they can download form?) Thanks so much!
