auto sort sheet when any data is changed

im looking to auto sort a google sheet where whatever column is changed, it sorts the data and moves that entire row to row 2 (row 1 is a header)

so basically there is 20 different columns, if any column data is changed, it moves that row to row 2. Is this possible?
