I would like to help in one NGO. They would like to have one email help@ngo.org and use GSuite.
Use case: somebody wants write an e-mail with ask for help, a few members of NGO (with registered accounts in domain @ngo.org) get this e-mail. First of member who read that e-mail send reply (e.g. from email member.one@ngo.org). Every other NGO members need to see the reply. If needy replay she/he need to send mail not for only one member but for everyone.
I try to do this with Google Groups for Business, but it dosen't look good. Group help@ngo.org exist and every member from this group get e-mail from outside (from needy). But if some of member replay and not add help@ngo.org as CC then other members don't know if this situation is handled or not. And if needy replay to members only this one member can see this e-mail (not all from group - it's hard to force to use help@ngo.org as CC in e-mails).
Do you have any idea how to resolve this situation?
