Bug, In FrontEnd of stackexchange Answers system [closed]

This Question Re-created on StackExchangeMeta

I experienced a very strange behavior at StackExchange

To produce it do next

1. Create a Question
2. Wait until anyone may need two replies reply to you
3. Try to reply

Expected behavior

answers list should add my answer at the end

Current behavior

my answer added as a last - 1 but the order will be corrected after refreshing the page

Notes

This problem will remains if you delete you answer before refresing the page even if you refresh the page, and you will need to go out of the page and come back to fix the order

I test this on This Question many times
